If you’re in search of a safe dog day care in Stony Plain for your furry friend, E&E Kennels can help you. Our mission is to provide a dog-centric space for your pet when you’re away. We welcome all types of dogs: large, small, of high to low energy, pups to seniors, social and antisocial dogs, and intact dogs of all breeds. We understand that leaving your pet at a kennel can be a hard decision to make. We’ll ensure your dog is well-cared for in every way. No consultations are required.
Day care can be beneficial for you and your dog in many ways, including:
At E&E Kennels, each dog has its own indoor, independent resting area with access to an identical individual outdoor run from early spring to late fall, weather permitting. We are not an open-concept day care; dogs are not loose with playmates all day and are never unsupervised during social time.
To ensure they have plenty of room to play, outdoor exercise time is spent in large, treed grass yards. The yards are surrounded by an 8 ft. high chain-link and laminate fencing for their safety. We have covered runs available to deter jumpers as well as fenced patio slabs to thwart diggers.
During extreme weather conditions, exercise takes place in our 5,000 sq. ft. temperature-regulated training centre. This building also houses a treadmill for the dogs.

What to Bring for Your Dog
Proof of Vaccination: We require all boarding and day care dogs to have up-to-date Bordetella, Distemper, Parvo and Rabies vaccinations.
Collar with an ID Tag: We can provide both collars and name tags as necessary, but it’s easiest to bring your own. They are required to help differentiate between dogs.
Treats: Any kind is welcome. We prefer not to feed meals during day care but we can if you provide an individual bagged lunch for your pet. Please no large food bins or bags!
Medication: Provided if your dog needs medication to be administered during the day.
Crates/Beds or Blankets from Home: Crates take up unnecessary space in kennels and we can provide blankets–we do not want to get yours lost or mixed up with ours!
Toys: As with beds and blankets, we provide them for playtimes and you do not wish to misplace yours.
Leashes: These are only required for bringing your dog(s) into the kennel. We ask that you not leave them behind as we don’t want to get yours lost or mixed up with ours.
Food: Unless your pet eats a scheduled midday meal, please no food!
